Terms of Service

By creating an account or using XPNCORE, you agree to use the service lawfully and within your account limits.

  1. Accounts and API keys

    You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and API keys, revoking exposed keys, and telling support when you suspect unauthorized access.

  2. Acceptable use

    You must not abuse the platform, get around its limits, infringe the rights of others, or use the service for unlawful content. We may suspend access when needed to protect users and the platform.

  3. Billing

    Usage is charged at the published price when a request is sent and taken from your wallet balance. If you buy a plan, its price, term and allowance are fixed at purchase.

  4. Availability

    The service may be interrupted by maintenance, AI model incidents, or events outside reasonable control. Incidents in progress are published on the Status page.
