Privacy Policy

XPNCORE processes the data needed to manage accounts, handle requests to AI models, support payments, and protect the platform.

  1. Data we process

    Data may include profile details, sign-in sessions, orders and wallet transactions, API key settings, usage figures, support requests, and Telegram link information. When you open the dashboard, your browser asks Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 for your network's IPv4 and IPv6 address (at most once an hour) and sends them to XPNCORE to protect your account; the pair is kept for up to 90 days.

  2. Request content

    Your request content (prompts, attachments) and the responses are sent to AI model providers for processing. We keep request logs with time, model, token counts, cost, and the IP address and User-Agent the request came from, to bill you, show your usage history, support you, and protect your account. Request logs and detailed usage figures are kept for 30 days, and aggregated statistics for up to 365 days. To investigate problems, request content and responses may be kept temporarily for up to 30 days, visible only to administrators.

  3. Chat AI

    Chat AI keeps at most your 30 most recent conversations and deletes history automatically after 14 days without activity. Original Chat AI attachments are stored only in your browser.

  4. Protection and retention

    Passwords are hashed, sensitive information is encrypted, internal access is controlled, and important actions are logged. Data is kept as long as needed for operations, security, reconciliation, and legal obligations.

  5. Your requests

    You can open a support request to correct account details or ask about your data. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained.
