XPNCORE processes data needed to authenticate accounts, provide subscriptions, operate the gateway, support payments, and protect the platform.

Data we process

Data may include profile details, login sessions, order and payment status, API-key configuration, usage and quota metrics, support requests, and Telegram-link information. Secrets are returned only once where the product contract specifies one-time reveal.

Protection and retention

Passwords are hashed, sensitive credentials are encrypted, administrator access is controlled, and important actions are audited. Data is retained as needed for operations, security, reconciliation, and applicable legal obligations.

User requests

You may use the published support channel to request account corrections or ask about your data. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained.
