OpenAI-compatible gateway with server-side entitlement, quota, and routing controls.
Use one API key with entitled logical models from the active Model Registry. Requests are routed only through active, currently tested provider connections. Chat completions support complete JSON responses and bounded OpenAI-compatible SSE streaming.
